Enter a real time twitter search word and see the content in side bar. This will collect data from http://search.twitter.com/.

Click on the configure button (small down triangle) for the 'Twitter real time search' widget and here you can customize all the styles. see admin screen shots.

Installation:

Unpack and upload it to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory.
Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress.
